What is My Gift Candy's return policy?
Because candy is perishable, we are not able to accept returns.
What Credit Cards or Payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, and Amazon Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
My Gift Candy shipping process means that we ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to your address. Once we receive your order, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order is placed during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm we will try to accommodate requests within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at hello@mygiftcandy with your order number and requested action and we’ll be in contact.
Help, my shipping address is wrong!
We do ask customers to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address at the checkout stage. Please email us at hello@mygiftcandy.com.
Help, my package is missing!
Because of the perishable nature of the My Gift Candy product, the shipping company may have delivered your package to a nearby address - especially if you were not in to receive your package. Please check your order confirmation email to ensure the address provided is accurate. Unfortunately if you have entered a wrong shipping address and we have already shipped out your package there is nothing we can do.
How do I redeem a promo code?
To redeem your promotional code, please enter the code on the shopping bag page in the "promo code” box and click “apply”. Please note promotional codes cannot be combined and only one code may be used at a time. Also some of our promotions have exclusions. For more information and exclusions, please reference our promitions page.
What Do I Do If I forgot to add my promo code?
Please send us a note at hello@mygiftcandy with your order number and the promotional code you intended to use. If your order is still being processed, we’ll try our best to add the promotion.
My discount code isn’t working
Please check your order before checkout to ensure your order subtotal meets the minimum threshold to use the My Gift Candy Promo code (before shipping charges are added) and check whether the promotion code is still valid. If the promotion involves a free product, please make sure that item is in your shopping bag. For more information and items which are excluded from promotions, please see our promotions page.
Are some My Gift Candy products excluded from your promotions?
Certain product exclusions can apply. Typically, promotions are valid for in-stock items only. Promtions are not available on prior purchases made from My Gift Candy, special orders, gift cards, custom orders, gift wrapping, Sweetie Gram purchases or sale items.
Can I Use More Than 1 Promotion/Dicount Code?
My Gift Candy promtions codes cannot be combined with other discounts, offers or promotions. Only one My Gift Candy promotion code may be used at a time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail standard delivery. For international Orders we use Royal Mail International shipping. Please note for international orders shipping costs will vary dependin on the country of delivery. You may also be charged duties and VAT by your country customs authorities.
What shipping options are available?
We offer three shipping options.
- Standard usually arrives 2-4 business/working days - Royal Mail Standard Delivery
- Expedited usually arrives 2-3 business/working days - Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding any public holidays holidays).
To ensure My Gift Candy Product freshness, we do not ship on Fridays during warmer months or to countries with warmer climates. This is because we don't want you candy stuck in transit during very hot weather where there is a high chance your candy order will be affected by the heat.
What is inside My Gift Candy package?
We pack your My Gift Candy package carefully to make sure it arrives in pristine condition. As many of our packages are sent as gifts we do not include invoices in any of our orders. During warm months, we include insulation to protect your candy.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries in Europe and also to Canada and the US. For international queries please email us at hello@mygiftcandy.com.
Do you ship to PO Addresses/Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
DIETARY INFORMATION AND CANDY CARE
I have an allergy, are My Gift Candy Products ok for me?
Each of our candy product pages includes ingredients and allergy information. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend you avoid our candy. Our packaging facility handles candies that contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. We do our best to sterilize our production surfaces, however there may be traces of these allergens in any of our candy.
What’s the shelf life of My Gift Candy Products?
Most of our candies’ shelf life is between 3 months and 18 months depending on the type of candy. We add a best before date sticker to the underside of each of our candy products. Check your candies' packaging for its Best Before date prior to consuming.
Please store your candy in a dry, cool place, away from direct heat or sunlight.
Can I freeze or put my candy in the fridge?
We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing your candy as this will cause changes to the appearance and texture of the candy.
