Refund policy

Delivery and Returns
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.The candy/sweets/chocolate MUST be unopened.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We do not accept returns of any personalised products.

No refunds are refundable if the candy/sweets/chocolates have been opened and/or the contents partially eaten, the packaging or gift boxes are damaged or the candy/sweets/chocolates have melted.

You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of delivery to return your items and this (postage costs) will not be refunded to you.

Please ensure you tell us your full name & Delivery address on the order or provide us with your order number.

Missing or Damaged Items
If you have not received the item(s) that you have ordered or the item(s) you have received have been damaged in transit please contact us on the details below.  

If your items have been damaged during transit, this must be reported within twenty hours of its arrival and photographic evidence must be presented.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

I Can't See My Refund
If you are eligible to receive a refund we will notify you. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@mygiftcandy.com.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or the item is not as described. Send us an email at help@mygiftcandy.com.
